We are currently looking for a Systems Development Manager -HR/Payroll to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position in our Mason office.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for Systems Development Manager will meet the following requirements:
7-10 years experience in leading systems development teams in implementing integrated Peoplesoft or other HR/Payroll systems solutions
The ability to manage outside and internal resources as part of major systems development project team
Strong systems development/project management skills utilizing structured methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills-ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Outstanding communication (verbal, written, meeting management) skills
