We are currently looking for a Java Developer to join our team. This would be a full-time position in our Mason, Ohio office.

The Java Systems Integrator will be involved in all phases of the systems life cycle (analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation) for medium to large size systems.

The Systems Integrator works in a project team environment and must have the ability to participate in multiple concurrent projects.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for Systems Development Analyst must meet the following requirements:
BS in Business or Computer Science (or related) or equivalent experience.
Solid overall technical skills
Experience with Java based Web Applications, ideal
Strong problem solving skills
Well organized with good attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1-2 years J2EE development experience, INTERNSHIP or CO-OP EXPERIENCES ACCEPTABLE.
Java Application Server experience (BEA Weblogic Preferred)
Web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, JSP)
Familiarity with Directory concepts (Novell eDirectory, LDAP)
