Systems Business Analyst (Systems Business Analyst 1)

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Business and four years work related experience including experience with databases and programming concepts and experience in the creation of business-related web sites, required. Strong understanding of accounting concepts; experience with Excel, Word and Outlook; and demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities, required. Position #033125. Duties include: providing systems support to areas responsible for student billing and financial operations. Serving as liaison to Information Technology, vendors, and operational areas in support of mainframe and web-based applications; analyzing business processes; and working with Information Technology for system modifications and enhancements. Preparing ad-hoc reports, system documentation and deliver training; working with other departments to coordinate tasks and system interfaces; and working with units to design, program and implement web pages. This position does not involve significant programming. Salary: Competitive.
