Systems Analyst

Purpose: Teksystems has partnered with a large government integrator to identify a qualified Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month temp to perm opportunity in Fairfax, VA.

This position supports business and requirement analysis for the Army National Guard data application development efforts. Tasks will involve analyzing, defining, and documenting business processes, functional requirements and developing business process models. It will also include collaborating in the design, development, testing, and implementation of user requirements using Enterprise Development Tools.

Qualified candidates must possess a solid knowledge of UML as well as Service Oriented Architecture. This person will also have experience with producing documentation and high level design specifications to include conceptual and logical architecture and workflow diagrams.

Required skills include:
Proven experience performing similar functions described above
- Ability to provide vision and recommend automation approaches, which include Processes Improvement solutions
- 5-8 years of full life cycle applications development experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field

All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and able to obtain a Government Security Clearance. The job location is Metro Accessible!!!
