Job Description:
2L Store Systems works closely with Help Center and other departments to resolve office PC issues in a timely and efficient manner. The team deals daily with store managers, warehouse sail coordinators and district trainers.

Responsibilities:
Work with Remedy to resolve tickets that are assigned to the 2L Store systems group. Interact with the Help Center, DTR and various development groups for resolution of problems. Office PC knowledge to determine root cause of a problem and then resolve that problem.

Qualifications:
Office PC knowledge a must. Ability to deal with people, be able to work as a team or individually. Detail oriented, has to be able to multitask. Visual Basic knowledge a plus.
