System Analyst - Data Analyst - Configuration Management

· Perform data analysis from the Configuration Management Database to identify gaps and represent graphically in presentations.

· Create Process documents utilizing Lean/Six Sigma skills.

· Identify/verify all system and relationships in HP Service Desk

· Validate the current relationships for correctness by interviewing system SME’s

· Ensure proper approval and notification groups are reflected in the DB

· Enter new relationships into the tool using HP Service Desk

· Identify notification groups, change approvers and configure them in HP Service Desk
