System Administrator Information Technology Services

POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides system-level support of the Radiology module and the Pharmacy module in the Meditech (CPCS) system. Provides hardware and software support to hospital staff on the Radiology and Pharmacy module. Maintains Meditech (CPCS) system security, distribution groups and other Radiology, Pharmacy and IT&S information related to the Radiology and Pharmacy module. Maintains all task in the helpdesk and assist with daily operations of the Radiology and Pharmacy departments and the IT&S department. Develop and conduct any needed training sessions or demonstrations to hospital staff related to the Radiology and Pharmacy module. Participate in creating and accomplishing the markets CPCS goals. Configuration, dictionary maintenance, test all updates and upgrades of the Radiology module only, and requires fundamental knowledge of basic systems analysis. Maintain communication between Radiology, Pharmacy, HDIS, Market, Division, and Corporate staff. Generate and maintain statistics and reports as required. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Osceola Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support Osceola Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: High school Diploma or GED, Meditech (CPCS) experience a must. Knowledge of testing CMS’, and working with dictionaries in the Meditech (CPCS) system.
