Sybase DBA

Purpose: Technical Environment: Sybase 12, 12.5 and 15 SQL 7.0 Solaris 8.0, SUN 420 Servers 2.5 terabytes of Data User Base: 10,000

Position: DBA - Sybase (version 12, 12.5, 15) DBA's with 3-5 years of experience in a production capacity.
This person will be responsible for day to day support, performance tuning, data fixes, data care, space performance evaluation and some design and architecture.

Technical skills essential for this assignment: Performance Tuning Data Care, Data Fixes
Space performance evaluation SQL coding ability
Pluses: Physical and Logical Database Design.
