REQUIREMENTS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business lead on supply chain improvement initiatives/projects with a focus on infrastructure that impact the organization
Capture current/future state layout and design from a functional and technical view point including development of Supply chain policies and standard operating procedures across the enterprise
Provide project updates and ensure milestones are met in a timely fashion
Follow the standard methodology for project implementation, including scope management / change control, risk management, issue resolution, and quality.
Resolution of all operational issues associated with projects. Act as the “business liaison” cross-functionally throughout the Supply Chain
Point person for supply chain infrastructure project(s) including design, implementation, and follow-up support. (Project Plan, Tasks, Admin, & Issue Tracking)
Overall ownership of systems, from a functional perspective, including process, design, and data integrity.
Complete ad-hoc supply chain analysis to provide supporting information as required for improvements.
Encourage and support a collaborative team environment and entrepreneurial spirit.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
BS degree in Business, Supply Chain or MIS (MBA plus)
3-5 years project management experience
CPIM (plus)
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects
Demonstrated ability to learn and master complex tools and concepts quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for leading and interfacing with diverse work teams
Excellent organizational ability and time management skills
Strong analytical and detail oriented
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with systems (SAP, MANU, BW, Business Objects / Crystal Reports)
Six sigma and lean process improvement experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally and work in a matrix organization
Strong written / verbal communication skills
Must be able to travel 20%
