Sub-System Coordinator

Candidate will be responsible for supporting approximately 100 different engineering programs including AutoCad and many 3rd party add-ons such as AutoPlant. He/She will support 200 users distributed over several offices via remote desktop and/or on-site visits. This person will also be the 1st level help desk coordinator and delegate issues out to systems and programming. Packaging and deployment of software will be necessary from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of AutoCad LISP and be able to train users in the use of AutoCad. Good people skills required. Excellent communication skills to ensure programming and systems efforts are successfully integrated for the end user. Formal education is a must in either the field of engineering or information technologies.Languages such as LISP, VBS, ASP, JAVA, .NET and C++ are a plus. Windows Server 2003, Exchange and IIS general knowledge is preferred also.
