Store Systems Integrator

Department: Store SystemsJob Summary:
Maintains a positive company image by providing computer systems support for store. Ensures proper operation of all in-store computers and systems. Supports the Store Team Leadership and Regional Coordinator in maintaining regional standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installs and supports all hardware and software on network and all store computers as needed.
Maintains and supports telephone, voice mail and e-mail systems.
Implements and enforces Regional scanning policies and procedures.
Provides all BASS, MCA, and Excel sales movement reports as needed, and audits all sale prices.
Works with Team Leaders and Buyers to ensure proper implementation and use of BASS system.
Ensures all backup procedures are implemented.
Maintains all scanner, scale equipment, and UPS systems, and maintains records necessary to determine source of pricing/scanning errors.
Trains Team Members on equipment use as needed, and trains SSI backup.
Operates all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Performs other duties as assigned by Store Team Leaders.Requirements:
Proven experience in using PC hardware and software.
Strong knowledge in Macintosh and Windows.
Knowledge of or ability to learn BASS, Hobart, NCR, and credit card systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train and communicate effectively with other Team Members, Store Leadership, and Regional Support office.
Willingness and ability to creatively and analytically find solutions to problems.
Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Willingness to provide exemplary customer service, both to Team Members and customers, constantly and consistently.
Ability to prioritize, organize projects, and manage time effectively.
