- E-marketing designs
- Keep current w/cutting edge internet marketing concepts

Secondary responsibilities:
- High-end brochure design & production
- Print ad design
- Graphic design, branding, misc. marketing pieces

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- 5 yrs+ industry experience (Commercial real estate a plus)
- Creative, professional as well as accurate design work
- Expertise in web creation & programming
- Full understanding of print production
- Professional art/design portfolio including print and web

- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Able to multi-task, switch gears & prioritize
- Reliable, dedicated to making a difference
- Enjoys working and people, sense of humor a must, yet able to meet deadlines

Software Skills:
PC based systems, Dreamweaver, Flash, PHP, Java, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator a must.
Quark, Indesign, xml a plus.
