Sr. User Experience Architect

Job Description:
The User Architect or Information Architect is responsible for developing the best possible user experience for websites; Internet based applications and interactive modules. The UA will work with key team members to gather business requirements and develop appropriate solutions for the final product. I UA determines the overall "blue print" and collaborates with Creative Services team members on site concepts, interfaces and navigation systems. Key deliverables include audience flows and profiles, site architecture maps, wireframes, flow charts, content inventories, informal usability studies, and strategies for designing and developing the best possible site or application for the end user.

Additional Information:
B.S. and/or Advanced Degree in Information Systems, Cognitive Psychology, Product Design, Human Factors or related field

Special Skills:
-Define navigation flows for release
-Design the interactivity for each customer
-Determine the content required for each screen
-Develop a content matrix for user profile
-Review and request user research
-Assist Engineer in defining low-level functional specs and modify the user experience
-Be a true advocate for the end-user to build convenient, compassionate and connected user experiences
