Sr. Programmer Analyst

Evaluate user requests for new programs or complex modifications to existing programs. Perform research and gather relevant data to assist with determination of feasibility, cost and time required. Prepare detailed program specifications. Develop coding for computer programs, enter coding into existing systems, test and debug programs. Create programming documentation. Monitor ongoing program and system performance. May provide training or act as a mentor to less experienced team members
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills: (these are the skills that are specialized or an absolute must! Please include years of experience and version numbers required for each skill set.)
5+ years experience in applications programming, preferably 1-2 years at ESI.
Excellent programming knowledge in JAVA, C, C++, SQL, UNIX, TCP/IP, PERL.
Experience in WebSphere, J2EE, JMS, MQ, EJB.

Desired Skills: (these skills are nice to have but will not eliminate a candidate from consideration.)
Knowledge of XML, SOAP, HTTP.
Experience in multi-platform distributed environment.
