In this role you will produce: Definition of Project Scope/Charter Budget/Estimate Statement of Work Project Plan WBS / Schedule Communications Plan Risk Plan Operating Procedures The day-to-day responsibilities of the position include: Work closely with project sponsors to understand the objectives of the initiative and the processes for implementation. Develops detail requirements (project plan) to satisfy client needs and achieve objectives. Establishes a budget and implementation timeline for the initiative. Ensures that all resources needed for the project are secured. Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of the work plan. Monitors and reports on progress toward project plan. Ensures timely completion of work within budget and with high quality standards. Facilitates team meetings. Manages all communications for the project team. Clearly conveys information and ideas through various media to individuals or groups that helps them understand and influences them to take action. Handles contingencies and resolves problems appropriately. Establishes a course of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently and reported on in accordance with firm standards. Skills required in order of priority: MS Project Problem Solving Strong Communication Skills Strong Executive Presence Strong Desirable skills in priority order: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IEEE Engineering or equivalent PMI Certification Understanding of ITIL Strong
