Sr. Oracle PL/SQL DBA & Developer

Purpose: This Senior level Oracle Pl/SQL DBA and Developer will need to have an in-depth knowledge on how to write and tune Oracle procedures, functions and packages. The right candidate will also need to know how to use Oracle tools to find out why the database is not tune or performing well. It is essential that the candidate have solid experience in database modeling with an understanding of normalizing rules.

The development team consists of 5 software engineers. Average time will be split working 50/50 on existing applications and new development. The candidate must have Senior level work experience for consideration. This position will go permanent after 6 months. A salary increase will be offered at the discretion of the client once the position goes permanent.
