Sr. Java Developer
- Design and develop J2EE and multiple WebSphere Portal projects that enable internal applications and customer self-service through browser-based applications..
Mentor others in Java development.
Requirements:
5+ years Java/J2EE design & development experience.
3+ years J2EE architecture design and development involving JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, Web Services, JMS, JNDI and Struts.
Experience with multi-tier application architecture and design including OOAD, SOA, relational databases, MQ Series, imaging, workflow, LDAP and security integration.
Object-oriented design, re-use, and component-based development experience.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills are required.KNOWLEDGE OF: RAD/Iterative development methodologies. Siteminder, Hibernate and Spring framework. Mentoring junior programmers. Architecture, design and development of WebSphere Portal Applications. Filenet P8 Workflow Development. eDirectory and DIRXML development/integration.
