Sr. Applications PM

Purpose: Our client is looking for a Sr. Applications Project Manager to join their Information Technology team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Client focused projects as a single cohesive program to completion within time and budget constraints while ensuring quality results. Responsible for the technical and business integration of the client with our customer's business processes. He/She will work with clients and the Sales Team to manage the program level with multiple large parallel projects rolled into one massive initiative. He/She will act as the operational facilitator between the Client and our customer's teams in the Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales departments to identify and develop projects run in parallel to resolve issues. He/She will work with clients and the Operations team to control scope changes to programs through using a Change Management system and performing Risk Analysis and Risk Response Plans for changes at the program level for its component projects. He/She will work with business users in emphasizing resolution of issues based on maximizing the ratio of return to the corporation to cost. He/She will work on strategic programs that cross multiple business units and large projects with impact to a single business unit.

To be qualified for this position, the selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or at least 7 years with Strong Project Management experience. A Bachelors Degree in Project Management is desired. He/She will need to have at least 5-10 years experience in Project Management, 4-9 years experience in Business Process Improvement leadership. Project management experience for projects 3-12 months or longer duration.
