Sofware Developer

Purpose: TEKsystems has an immediate opening for Sr. Manugistics. This is an experienced software developer role. The person will create, maintain and test software code.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Create all components of a software system development as required, including requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
2.Conduct all testing, follow testing processes and document all test results.
3.Create and maintain all software documentation.
4.Follow all Systems Development standards including Software Configuration Management.
5.Perform code review

Job requirements:
B.S./B.A. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
4+ years systems development experience
At least two years programming experience in two of the following areas:
-Manugistics, Unix PL/SQL
-Relational Database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio
