REQUIREMENTS


Skill Requirements

At least 5 years industry experience with increasing responsibility

Knowledge in coding and debugging

Competency in CMM/CMMI

Knowledge of DOORS, Rhapsody and UML

Project Management experience

Must be a US citizen

Active Secret Clearance is required

MIL-STD environment experience

Ability to write manual and automated tests

Experience in personnel management and hiring process

Competencies:

Willing to work hands

Complex problem solving

Team player

Ability to communicate orally and written

Work with minimal supervision

Alcohol and Drug free environment

Background check required
