Software Quality Assurance Tools Administrator

As a Software Quality Assurance Tools Administrator with U.S. Bank, you will:


Provide Administrative and User support for Mercury Tools Suite, including QualityCenter, Test Director, QuickTestPro, WinRunner, and LoadRunner.

Maintain deployment of Mercury Tools Suite to Servers and Workstations.

Maintain procedures documentation.

Test deployment of software patches and upgrades.

Maintain TestDirector SQL database.

Identify performance issues, authorize hardware, software and infrastructure solutions to performance issues.

Implement performance solutions.

Design and implement administrative and user support automations for increased efficiency and adherence to standards.

Train users, maintain user access, and resolve user issues.

Authorize and distribute standards documentation, maintain licensing records, communicate and negotiate with Mercury regarding license agreements.

Job Requirements
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:


Mercury Tools Suite -TestDirector,WinRunner, LoadRunner 2-4 years, QuickTestPro 1-2 years, SQL 3yrs.

Technical Manual Writing Skills.

Experience creating templates and forms for notification of users of administration events such as pending outages, patches, and upgrades.

Experience analyzing and standardizing tool administration processes and software development processes.
