Software QA/CM Specialist

REQUIREMENTS
The following skills and experiences are essential: Thorough understanding of software lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies, and hands-on experience with integration, regression and performance testing of enterprise software applications; Experience with Mercury LoadRunner is required, must be able to write test scripts; Must have good written communication skills and be able to assist the team lead in developing test plans; Hands-on experience with version control software such as CVS and/or SVN is required, and experience with setting up and administrating them is highly desired.
The following skills are also a plus for this position: Understanding of the N-tier architecture and J2EE technologies, familiarity with at least one commercial J2EE application server (Websphere, Weblogic, etc.); Experience with automated testing tools such as Mercury QuickTest and ability to write automated test scripts; Experience with programming languages such as Java, JSP, SQL is an added, familiarity with unit testing tools such as JUnit and HttpUnit is also desired; In addition to software development responsibilities, the successful candidate is also anticipated to assist in other phases of the software lifecycle including documentation, and user training.
