Software Engineer - Security Clearance w/ SSBI

Responsibilities Summary:

Responsible for research, design, and development of enterprise-level, service-oriented architecture-based software systems. Application for same in Information Management and Knowledge Management software solutions. Responsible for planning, leading and technical contributions on development programs and supporting advanced programs work.

Qualifications Summary:

Requires practical experience with the current tools and technologies used to design, develop and deploy enterprise-level information-centric systems solutions. Must have an in-depth background in Enterprise-Level Architecture Design. Strong experience with web technologies, service-oriented architectures, N-Tier architecture design, COTS integration, and strong skills in OO development and complete software lifecycle development on both for UNIX and NT based systems. This position will require a heavy emphasis on software system architecture design. Requires knowledge and experience in developing and deploying enterprise-wide system architectures based on a service-oriented architecture framework. Also desire knowledge and experience developing information taxonomies and ontology’s and the applications that use them. Experience with intelligence-related information management systems a plus. Able to apply and develop advanced principles, theories, and concepts in enterprise-wide information processing solutions.



The position will support large enterprise-wide programs and new business pursuits. Tasks will also include technical writing skills, performing make/buy cost analysis and COTS product tradeoffs. Travel up to 25%



Educational Requirements: MSCS, or equivalent, and a minimum of 12 years of experience or a BSCS, or equivalent, and a minimum of 14 years of experience.



This position requires a security clearance with a current SSBI.or the ability to obtain one.
