Services IMpact Operations and QMS Leader
Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, EnergyFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: Essential Functions
Key member of Energy Services (ES) & Aviation Services (AS) Lean Six Sigma team responsible for:
(1) Coordinating S1/S2 activities with IM & AS/ES leadership;
(2) Driving operational rigor through the Program Management Methodology;
(3) Defining & tracking key AS/ES IM Quality and financial metrics;
(4) Executing QMS strategy & plan for Information Management
(5) Administer & manage the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) environment. Specific responsibilities include:
Provide a single Services IM view of digitization programs across AS & ES & coordinate efforts across the Business Process Councils.
Manage Services IM budget planning & control for Digitization & RTS spend.
Co-lead S1/S2 planning activities; Drive program prioritization efforts working closely with IT P&L leaders & the Business Process leaders.
Work closely with the P&Ls, Quality, Controllers, TSG, & other groups to maintain and enhance Program Management Methodology; Schedule & facilitate weekly tollgate reviews with the Steering Committee
Work with P&Ls/Sub-Sections to create & monitor IM quality metrics
Collaborate with finance & various tools owners (i.e. Team Play, dPMM) to provide visibility to key IM financial metrics
Coordinate monthly QMR reviews with the IM leadership team & quarterly QMRs with the quality & business leadership
Work closely with AS/ES QA leader & align QMS strategy/activity with P&L/Functional QA teams
Work closely with operational quality teams (MBB and BBs in the business) to drive focus on CONTROL phase
Own AS/ES IM ISO documentation, compliance, & reporting
Own the Enterprise Project Management environment for ES IM
Manage Team play environment for project management within ES IM
Work with GDCs & other vendors to support IT P&Ls & project teams for project execution.
Interface with TSG & GAMS for support of the EPM environment.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
BS degree in Information Management, Computer Science or Management, Information Services
At least 5+yrs of Program/Project Management Experience.
Background in ISO and software industry related methodologies (CMM).
Solid financial acumen; Familiar with GE financial measurement systems.
Understanding of GE Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Green Belt certification (GE candidates only).

MBA preferred.
IMLP, FMP, Corporate Audit Staff graduate.
Experience with PMM 5.0 and dPMM (GE Energy Only).
Experience with Team Play/Enterprise Project Management Tools.
PMI Certification.
BB certification (GE candidates only).
