Senior Validation Analyst

Glemser Technologies is seeking additional, talented and motivated full-time staff members to help us design, develop and deploy content management solutions for our clients. This is a chance to join a growing IT professional services firm, located in Bethlehem PA, that delivers IT solutions to the leading life sciences companies in the world.

We are currently seeking a full time Senior Validation Analyst to plan, execute and document validation and testing activities on the software systems we implement for our clients. The candidate selected for this position will play a leading role in our practice, acting as a subject matter expert on validation requirements and FDA regulations as well as delivering services directly to our clients.

Great client interfacing skills are critical, as are direct experience planning and executing software validation activities in the life sciences industry. Other requirements:

- Undergraduate college degree
- Minimum of four (4) years work directly-related experience
- The ability to develop effective validation plans, including task lists and effort estimates, for software implementation projects
Direct experience in writing validation scripts and documentation
- Willingness to execute validation testing activities directly
- Experience with formal systems development methodologies
