Senior Technical Analyst

Contract to hire position in Plano.
Perform activities related to Electronic Data Discovery, electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Including but not limited to:

Attend team members meetings
Analyze workflow
Estimate time needed for project
Schedule, plan or organize work
Work as a team member
Confer with management and department heads
Apply project management techniques
Achieve and maintain highest level of quality service and deliverables
Achieve and maintain project deadline requirements

REQUIREMENTS


Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field or significant comparable experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL, advanced database analysis and familiarity with Quality Assurance methods is all a plus.
Behavioral Attributes: Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to make others feel at ease and a strong, focused sense of purpose. The ability to get results and do whatever it takes to do so. Willingness to be coached and mentored to achieve departmental results.
