Senior QA Analyst

Our proprietary software is designed to provide a single CRM platform that can manage and integrate all points of customer interaction including sales, marketing, customer support applications and the Web.
Purpose of a Senior QA Analyst is to manage the QA lifecycle for specific client(s) and to deliver quality product and test documentation.
Essential Function:
*Managing the QA lifecycle for one or more clients.
*Participate in requirements gathering, review functional specifications, preparation of QA Project plans in conjunction with QA Manager and the Project Leader.
*Execute QA Project plans, create and review test plans, test scripts and test execution runs. Review test scripts for functional coverage.
*Creation of Test Summary Reports. Direct communication with third party validation companies and client validation teams. Assign and review the work of QA Analysts and Testers.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must be able to manage their own time effectively, be able to prioritize requirements and have strong technical writing skills. 2-4 years experience of manual & automated software testing (Quick Test Professional / Winrunner) of Windows applications within an IT department. Knowledge of all stages of software development a must. Experience with Client/Server applications, SQL Server, Software Validation Processes, Change Control processes and Mercury Test Director. Must have excellent technical writing and communication skills and strong problem solving skills. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Familiarity with software development life cycle a plus. BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field of Technology.
