We have the following opportunity in our St. Louis location.

This position will take a lead role interacting with ESI account teams that support our MAPD/PDP clients. Act as a point person for product, educational, operational and CMS issues as they relate to our MAPD and PDP clients. Monitor federal regulations and related marketing, outreach and advertising guidelines and appropriately integrate them into Express Scripts’ Medicare Part D product offerings. Responsible for communicating regulatory updates to key cross-functional areas. They will oversee the Medicare cross-functional team and participate in the product development process for Medicare with a focus on developing support offerings for our MAPD and PDP clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 6-8 years progressive project management experience
Experience with a PBM, Medicare, CMS, Managed Care organization a plus
Excellent oral communications, interviewing, and researching skills
Excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including conflict resolution/team management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Ability to work under extreme pressure and strict timelines, and to prevail in a fast-paced environment
Superior computer and time management skills
Some travel required

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
