Senior Project Leader

Purpose:
Play lead role of small team responsible for managing the relationship between the Information Technology Group (ITG) and internal business customers. The team will be acting as an ITG communications agent to the business customer, delivering timely, accurate, and valuable communications related to the availability and performance of their key business processes and systems.

1) Knowledge of Health Care Service Corporation’s environment (technical environment, operations, general business model)
2)1 year experience with any of the following ITG best practices: ITIL, COBIT, CMMI
3) Preference will be given to candidates with additional years experience in the required and/or preferred skills.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
1) 4 years experience managing the relationship between Information Technology groups and business customers with a Bachelors Degree OR 5 years of experience managing the relationship between Information Technology groups and business customers;
2) Experience in a role acting as a liaison between multiple entities
3) Experience working in or closely with areas with operational responsibilities.
4) Experience working in an IT environment or closely with IT managing and/or overseeing IT or technical projects.
5) Experience explaining technology concepts, disciplines and best practices, and Information Technology’s business value.
6) Experience interfacing and coordinating activities between several different technical and non-technical areas (architects, help desk, application developers, mainframe operators, business end users, business management)
7) Experience creating and delivering presentations to various levels of management
8) 2 years experience acting as a technical writer or drafting systems training or requirements
