Senior Programmer Analyst (PeopleSoft HRMS)

Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Developer to develop complex programs, systems and associated reports and interface files required to meet user needs. In this role, you will analyze information request and discuss with user to assemble all elements required to produce the requested information; design programs and/or applications as needed to meet user needs and business requirements; code, test and implement programs or applications using appropriate programming language, such as SQR, and PS Query, and utilizing appropriate database engines such as Access or Oracle; or directing and overseeing less experienced professionals in these tasks: maintain current documentation on all programs, systems and procedures, and modify existing programs and applications as required; troubleshoot problems to determine cause, and correct; provide guidance and expertise to developers with less experience in PeopleSoft and SQR; support production PeopleSoft functional users in HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor troubleshooting; analyze and define business requirements, participate in selection, and implement new functionality, applications and modules within the HRMS systems; review user requirements and needs for new software and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software developed and/or acquired; provide technical assistance and advice to end user programming community.If you are not a local candidate but are relocating, please inform me of your arrangements (i.e., date and city/state you are relocating to).Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC) is a full-service specialty staffing firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions for organizations and career management for individuals in the specialty skill areas of information technology, finance & accounting, human resources, engineering, pharmaceutical, health care and scientific.
