Analyze, code, test and implement effective and efficient solutions to business needs. Analyze request(s) and develop detail specifications required for approved programming assignments. Apply and enhance System Development Methodology. Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to less experienced staff members. Understand the technical and business functionality of assigned systems. Maintain a high degree of quality in assigned applications. Accurately estimate development time and coordinate/develop work plans. Report the status of all assigned activities to appropriate levels. Escalate any problems in a timely and informative manner. Demonstrate performance to maintain or surpass skill level requirements reflected for this position. Participate in the on-call process by taking all necessary steps to ensure a timely resolution of problems and keep the production cycle on schedule. Ensure system development integrity according to industry-accepted standards and practices. Position will be based out of Rocky Mount or Raleigh Highwoods office.AJB Zip: 27804
