Senior Principal Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst with NAVAIR acquisition experience and strong personal skills will support an major Program Office. Will prepare and contribute to Acquisition related documents related to engineering and test development as well as engineering documents such as specifications. Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of system operation and performance is also critical.

Responsibilities would include the direct support of NAVAIR Program Office systems engineering, acquisition, and test of survivability systems. Responsibilities would also include support for program activities such as design, test and evaluation, contractor deliverables, etc. Interaction with program office, engineering competencies and test staff, on diverse aspects of the aircraft’s systems - including new technology – will require presentation of engineering/test materials, as well as meeting participation and attendance with travel involved.

Hands-on experience/familiarity in a military aircraft acquisition setting and familiarity with statutory, regulatory, and NAVAIR acquisition requirements is required. Expertise in all facets of the MS Office Suite use is mandatory.

A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of eight years relevant experience is required, although related/relevant experience can be substituted for the engineering degree.
