Senior PeopleSoft Analyst

Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Technical Project Management Consultant. This person will be involved in PeopleSoft. This person will be accountable to review and accept software and interface design and requirements. This person will refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate coding; build process descriptions, which define and encapsulate the component interfaces; and assess design for reuse. This person will implement code as specified in the design and ensures the implemented software fully satisfies functional and non-functional requirements. This person will define, assign, manage developer tasks; provide developers with application design/development guidance; and work with architects to define design and adhere to corporate architecture. This person evaluate proposals from vendors for technical feasibility; plan, implement and trouble-shoot 3rd party software; and help project manager with estimating and planning.
