Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: This is a Senior Operations Analyst position within the Capacity and Resource Planning Team. The successful candidate will partner with senior managers, help develop operating strategy, and provide guidance to the executive leadership team regarding important resource management decisions. S/he will organize and lead the Capacity Planning Management Process on behalf of the Customer Fulfillment and Servicing Operations. The Senior Operations Analyst will play an influential role in the design and development of the next generation capacity planning and scheduling tools for our fulfillment and servicing operations.
