Our Corporate Information Technology Team is transforming our network infrastructure across the entire enterprise. This is a remarkable opportunity to join a team with deep technical expertise that is tasked with configuring, implementing, and supporting exciting and current technologies.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Configure, implement, and support a Cisco-based global Wide Area Network.
• Administration and support of centralized data centers, serving enterprise applications to 70+ sites across the country.
• Administration and support of network and data center resiliency and redundancy, providing defined service levels.
• Administration and support of the following technologies and platforms: Veritas Netbackup, EMC SAN, IBM AIX, Sun SOLARIS, Cisco routing and VoIP.
• Monitoring and Optimization: responsible for ongoing critical device monitoring and resource optimization in both virtual and dedicated server platforms.
• Assist in problem resolution for escalated network incidents, providing subject matter expertise and training to first and second level incident personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on computer technology or related field.
• At least five years experience in Network Services including Wide Area Network Build Out and Management, Firewall Configuration, Device Monitoring, and Infrastructure Management.
• At least five years experience in Unix System Administration, preferably AIX and/or SOLARIS.
• Exceptional Customer Service Orientation.
• Cisco certification desirable.
• Detail oriented, ability to train and mentor junior level personnel.
