Senior Lead Analyst



Responsibilities



- Responsible for providing technical leadership in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, business requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation support



- Will partner closely with various business units to define the online requirements for the business





- May lead teams composed of developers from different Web development groups on a project basis and also function as an individual contributor on other projects



- Responsible for the design and implementation of the e-Commerce applications




Skills



- 5+ years of OO analysis, design and programming experience, developing applications that access relational databases



-   5+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience including web components, business components and EAI (JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, EJBs, XML, RPC, Web Services)



- 5+ years of Web based development experience (HTML, JSP, XML, XSL) using frameworks like Struts/Tiles



- Experience with Unix, Oracle databases, SQL programming, ClearCase, WebSphere, Rational Application Developer, Interwoven Teamsite desired.



- Experience using UML tools (Rational, TogetherJ etc.) desired



- 5+ years development experience in intranet/internet computing environments



- Must have strong oral and written communication skills in order to facilitate JAD sessions, work with multiple teams at different locations and provide project status to executive management



- Must have a strong understanding of internet/intranet architectures and tools that will benefit the business in meeting its current and future requirements



Education



- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
