Senior Java Developer/Project Lead, Job ID# 7606/northway

(INTERNAL JOB TITLE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE)**This full-time position is in WEST VALLEY, UT
1. Responsible for the development and support for business application software for our customer assistance application team.2. Involved in all phases of the product life cycle, coordination of technical development tasks.3. Works with application development teams and business clients to identify and specify the complex business requirements. Work with BT Architecture group to identify and develop solutions that follow the DFS architecture design standards.4. Perform analysis, system design, coding, documentation, testing, and implementation. Have the appropriate technical knowledge and hands on skills with OOAD, J2EE design techniques, and Websphere application implementation.5. Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the development life cycle.6. Acts as a project leader of staff in all phases of the development process (including mentoring junior level developers).
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
4-6 years relevant experience Java Java Swing SQL Client/Server WebSphereDESIRED SKILLS:
