Senior Java/Curam Developer

Purpose: TEKsystems has an immediate need for Sr. Java Developers for a long-term project. If you are qualified but do not have Curam experience there may be a chance to gain this invaluable experience.

Skills & Responsibilities

-Health, Human Services, & Workforce Services eligibility-related experience, with emphasis in Medicaid
-Java Fundamentals (JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL, JDK, API, Object, Classes, Interfaces, Exceptions, Serialization)
-Websphere Studio for Application Development (WSAD) and Weblogic Application Server (WAS) development
-Proven design/development in Object Oriented and Design environment (with knowledge of Rational Rose and UML)
-Web Application Development (HTML, JavaScript, Servlets, JSPs, JavaBeans, EJB)
-Development using DB2
-Organizational, leadership, decision making, and communication skills. Strong team orientation.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferences

-While not required, State, Federal, or local government Health, Human Services and / or Workforce Services project plan administration / coordination is preferred, with emphasis in Medicaid.
-Curam Training and/or certification, including the following training:
oIntroduction to Curam (CB300)
oCuram Framework Technical Overview (CT300)
oIntroduction to Curam for Developers (CT301)
oGetting started with the Curam Application Workshop (CT302)
oCuram Product Definition (CT303)
oCuram Workflow for Developers (CT408)
