As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will support a variety of information systems projects within Corporate Human Resources. Responsible for developing project proposals, gathering and documenting functional requirements, developing and executing test scripts and ensuring I/S projects are completed on time and within budget. Support the Project Management team and have opportunities to manage a project from inception through completion. Projects vary in size and scope from large strategic initiatives to replacement systems, process improvements, vendor applications and support of existing systems.
Responsibilities include: working with Corporate IT resources to get the necessary support on system development and interfaces.
Qualifications
4-7 years of business systems analysis experience, applying a formal project management and/or SDLC methodology to produce quality deliverables. Implementation/ Support experience in compensation and/or bonus/ incentive planning systems is highly desired. Multiple country/ business area support experience preferred.
Technical skills required: Experience in at least one of the following: ASP, Cold Fusion, Crystal Reports, SQL, or Oracle. Project experience with web-based and client/server applications.
Must have excellent verbal/ written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment.
