Senior Brio Developer

New Directions Data Group furnishes a full range of solutions in the business intelligence and data warehouse sectors of information technology. Our service areas include: data warehousing and architecture, systems engineering and administration, and database and applications development and programming.

We are currently engaged with an excellent company seeking a Senior Brio Developer for a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Creates ad-hoc queries and reports using business intelligence tools to provide the users with easy access to relevant information.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating queries, reporting, configuration tables, exception handling, data quality, etc..
* Work closely with users to understand underlying business needs, availability of information and reporting.
* Work closely with IS to develop solutions and provide necessary data to users in a timely manner. * Work as liaison between IS and user community.

* Utilize the Hyperion intelligence performance query (Brio)
* Other relevant technologies include PL/SQL, SQL.
* Interact with Team members and other business units on a regular basis.

Experience:

* 5--7 years of IT experience.
* Experience in Hyperion Intelligence Suite/Brio Query, PL/SQL, SQL
* Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
* Must have excellent Oral & written communication skills.
