Products include bundled and non-bundled services such as Point of Sale hardware and software, merchant processing accounts and ACH processing. Job Title: Aloha POS Implementation Specialist – Hospitality POS Division
Position Description and Requirements: You will be responsible for the successful implementation of Aloha Point of Sale Solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality. This includes all aspects of the engagement from time of assignment to live support. This includes configuring the software database based on menus and client needs, installation, training managers and Front of House staff, and live support.
