POSITION RESPONSIBILITY and PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSTraining Specialist
Provide complete training on digital Xerox black and white and color products. Copying Functionality
Print Driver Education
Fax & Scan to email
Pre-Sale Support on Product Functionality Must be extremely friendly and able to simplify technical information to customers

Systems Analyst Analysis of customer accounts from network side
Complete network installation for digital black & white and color products
Installation of print, scan, and fax capabilities from server side/customer side
Analysis of custom profiles and calibration of color machines
Trouble shooting with customers over the phone
