SYSTEMS ANALYST

The successful candidate will be working as an IT SYSTEM ANALYST in medium to large size projects within IT Engineering Systems.
The System Analyst will be communicating with engineering clients and IT technical professionals, analyzing/translating engineering requirements and processes into IT requirements following CMMI IT processes.
They must have experience working directly with customers on a highly complex product with multiple customer groups and multiple supervisors. Engineering IT experience is a must.Job Requirements
Experienced System Analyst who can efficiently communicate with engineering internal clients to define and build requirement documents and traceability matrix, perform GAP analysis and build alternative evaluation proposals, design dataflow diagrams, conduct Joint Applications Development sessions, assist clients in process definition, able to convert client requirements to IT specifications, develop test procedures, and execute to the test plan.
The candidate needs to have a good understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE and Product Data Management tools.
Strong experience in CMMI, understanding quality, measures, configuration management and can assist the manager in assuring the team obtains CMMI level 3.
