THIS IS A W2 POSITION WITH CTG – NO C2C OR 1099’S PLEASE.

JOB DUTIES
The person will be a member of the Process Design and Improvement Team responsible for supporting the alignment between strategy, business processes, and technology. Position responsibilities will include:

•Research and compile an inventory of all IT System Applications and IT Projects
•Assist in the creation and administration of IT Portfolio
•Assist in the creation and administration of reporting for IT Assets and Projects
•Support the alignment between strategies and IT investments
•Support the administration of the change process in various capacities
•Provide support for the execution of internal team projects as deemed appropriate by leadership
•Various activities related to the administration of IT Investments and resources

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Microsoft Access, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
•Understanding of Project Management process and methodology

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS
•BA/BS Finance/Accounting or Information Technology with 2 - 4 years of proven experience and accomplishment
•Strong understanding of IT technology and process
•Strong project planning skills
•Must have strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with and coordinating cross-functional teams, and produce results on multiple projects at the same time
•Must be results oriented and eager to tackle difficult problems
