, the Information Technology Test Center (ITTC), provides a pool of test analysts who are deployed to development projects within IT. ITTC is currently looking for a Test Tools Specialist who has experience with test automation (functional and performance) and administration and support of a variety of test tools. The candidate must also have an understanding of testing methodology. The candidate must be a team player and work well with other IT professionals in a project environment. The candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to deal with customers of the Information Technology department within the business.


3) Software Quality Control/Testing Analyst - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience using the following test tools: Mercury Quality Center with BPT, Rational ClearQuest, Rational Test Manager, Rational Manual Tester, Rational RequisitePro, and Parasoft Jtest.
4) Hardware/Software Technical Support - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience providing technical customer support for test tools.
5) Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Access and Project.

Preferred Technical Skills
1) Test Tools Administration - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience setting up and maintaining projects and users. Also, experience implementing test tool upgrades and hot fixes.
2) Test Tools Support - Queries and Reporting - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Ability to design reports using Crystal Reports or Actuate.
3) Test Tools Support - Interaction with Vendors - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience communicating with test tools vendors for support.
4) Test Tools Support - Quality Reviews - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Knowledge of testing methodology and test tools best practices in order to conduct quality reviews of projects that use automated testing.
5) Training and Mentoring - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience developing and presenting classroom and one-on-one or small group training.

Required Technical Skills
1) Software Quality Control/Testing Analyst - Expert with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience conducting functional and performance test automation. Ability to develop automated scripts using advanced techniques. Ability to review test requirements, create automated scripts, and organize into test execution suites.
2) Software Quality Control/Testing Analyst - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
Experience setting up and using automated test tools, including Mercury Quick Test Pro, Rational Robot, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester, RadView TestView, and Mercury LoadRunner. Functional test automation experience with SAP
