Essential Job Functions:•Work with Department Heads to determine software training needs.
•Design training program to support business processes and ensure company-wide consistent usage.
•Create and maintain course curriculum and online documentation.
•Train users on new updates & enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years experience in software training. Enterprise 4GL software a plus.
•Experienced in Microsoft Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Some overnight travel required.
