SOFTWARE DEVELOPER IV

Software Developer IV The Division of Economic and Community Outreach (DECO) is currently seeking a Software Developer IV for RESI, a research and consulting institute of Towson University, to develop and document data models, and to develop and document system design. Responsibilities: This position will develop design for large scale (enterprise level) software systems and produce documentation of the design including technical documentation (data flow diagrams, ERDs and functional specifications), as well as non-technical documents (strategy documents, data dictionaries, etc.). Will oversee the implementation of the design and produce impact statements in response to change requests. Evening and weekend work may be required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; five years related experience; superior technical, organizational and communication skills; and proficiency in ER-Win, MS Visual Studio and UML. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Salary: This is a full-time contract positions that offer a competitive salary based on experience and include subsidized fringe benefits.
