SMDC/BMDS TSM Support Analyst - (TS2 06-142)

Provide support to SMDC/ARSTRAT, Army, Services, USSTRATCOM, and Joint Staff to analyze, assess, and provide oversight of staff-management and make recommendations for decision affecting policy, command guidance, Anti Terrorism (AT) planning, developmental processes or implementation in support of command's mission. Facilitate staff integration, coordination and dissemination of strategic operational concepts and plans, doctrine and training to the Department of the Defense, Department of the Army, Combatant Commands, and Services, Congress and external agencies and organizations. Provide staff support to TRADOC subordinate organizations in executing command initiatives in recruiting, training, educating, designing, testing and evaluating the force and mission equipment including AT.
Knowledge of BMDS some elements: C2BMC, GMD, KEI, Aegis, THAAD, PAC3, FBX-T, and ABL. Engineering and Technical support to SMDC/ARSTRAT for GMD TSM & AT a plus:
1) Support to Army's role as the single user representative for GMD integration and to an expanded role encompassing the BMDS system and AT;
2) Provide BMDS with program updates in preparation for the JROC proceedings, Defense Acquisition Board and Deployment Readiness Review if required;
3) Expertise in Army and user community BMDS issues.
Deployment and Fielding TSM GMD Integration: Scheduling Combat Developer activities, training support plans, force development, doctrine, AT, deployment planning and integrating logistical support plans. Experience in planning, coordinating or using DTLOMPF products. The tasks include interfacing with the GMD Joint Program Office (JPO), MDA, USSTRATCOM, SMDC/ARSTRAT, AFSPACE, and Naval Network and Space Operations Command, for all BMDS development and deployment activities
Must be legally qualified to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
