Position Available: Senior Data Segmentation/Report Developer
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Hours: 40+ (Full-Time, Exempt)

Job Summary: This position requires a high level of technical expertise, is responsible for the timely creation, enhancement, maintenance, documentation, execution and quality control of recurring and ad-hoc reports, mailings and other sub-department processes. Responsibilities also include performing data manipulation using multiple software applications including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Crystal Reports and The Raiser’s Edge.

Essential Functions:

Design and execute recurring and ad-hoc report/mailing processes
Create and maintain documentation of all processes performed
Collaborate with FLC internal customers to understand and define customer needs
Support organizational and departmental quality improvement initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience with databases and spreadsheets
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate by interacting professionally and positively with constituents, co-workers and other staff members
Must have the ability to self-manage workload and priorities
Must possess strong logic and problem solving skills
Must possess integrity and strong work ethic
Qualifications and Other Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years related experience using in-depth, expert level technical skills in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
SQL experience
Associate Degree or equivalent formal training, preferred
Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience, preferred
Experience with The Raiser's Edge fundraising software, preferred
Experience using Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies, preferred
Experience using Crystal Reports, preferred
Programming experience using VB/VBA, preferred
3 years related work experience, preferred
