SAP TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER

Our Enterprise Systems Group is looking for qualified professionals who are capable of leading the implementation of RWD’s end user training and performance support solutions with our customers. Qualified candidates must have proven success in the full implementation of one or more SAP training programs, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a full range of training solutions. Experience with SAP is required.


Required Skills: at least 1 year of experience managing the implementation of SAP end user training solutions, including at least one full-lifecycle project; 3+ years experience designing, developing, and delivering end user training and performance support solutions for SAP; and the ability to assess needs for end user services, formulate client specific strategies and approaches, and to present recommendations to clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships with partners and clients; demonstrated project leadership skills, including leadership of development teams; and strong skills in the use of SAP and desktop applications are a must. Additional requirements include the ability to learn and demonstrate RWD solutions to prospective clients and extensive travel (up to 100%). No relocation offered. Business development, sales, or customer relationship management experience preferred.
